These increased levels of insulin constrict the arteries and raise hypertension. Hypertension strains the capillaries in all the main internal organs such as the brain, retinas, and lungs.

Generally though, men store fat in their abdomen, back, and chest so gainer belly fat often is more of a danger to men than women. The net result is reduced calories without feeling enslaved because you can eat normally every other day. I liked these tactics because, personally they are sustainable both as a weight loss technique and is a way to maintain that ideal weight for the rest of my life and finally eliminate my harmful, gainer belly fat.

Make sure that what eat every other day compared to diet every other day is. It may not seem like a big difference but it is.
