Kinesiology Training Courses

If you want to train in kinesiology then I can offer a number of options for you to start. I run a variety of training for kinesiologists in Sussex and it doesn’t matter whether you are an existing Practitioner of massage, reflexology or some other holistic modality, or whether you have no experience of complementary healthcare at all. My kinesiology courses are suitable for all and the content is presented such that everyone has plenty of practical hands-on experience.

Firstly – what is kinesiology and how can it help you? Well, Kinesiology uses muscle response to gauge imbalance in the body. Imbalance = Dis-Ease. Each muscle is connected to an organ and a meridian energy pathway and we can test different muscles according to what the presenting problem is. Once we have found a weak muscle we can then find out what will help correct and strengthen it, and also find what is causing the imbalance. For example, a weak Pectoralis Major Clavicular muscle (stomach meridian) might be helped to strengthen by vitamin B complex or food enzymes (both good for stomach, nervous system and digestion) and also lymphatic massage, stimulation of acupressure points (no needles..!) and holding of neuro vascular points. We may then find that, once the muscle is strong, it weakens again if a substance toxic to YOUR body is introduced – ie wheat, milk or sugar. Also, it may weaken if you think about a particular situation that is troubling you – showing that the thought itself is relevant to the muscle weakness and hence will affect your overall health. We have a whole host of techniques which will help you balance the person emotionally, energetically, electrically, structurally, physically, nutritionally and chemically, making kinesiology a truly holistic healthcare modality. There is absolutely no guesswork required.

If you are an existing Practitioner or Therapist then Kinesiology is a great add-on and unique selling point to your clients. If you are a nutritionist you can double check your ideas with muscle testing, and likewise if you are a homeopath you can check your remedies. If you are a reflexologist you can combine treatments of reflexology and kinesiology by muscle testing certain things and locking in emotional elements aswell to give a more rounded treatment. Massage therapists can learn some emotional techniques to add on to their treatment and combine the two. Physiotherapists can learn amazing tools to help their clients and avoid guesswork.

If you have no experience whatsoever then how great will it be to start learning about natural health, help you friends and family and even pave the way for the start of a new career, additional income stream or hobby AND your own health will improve in the meantime.

I run the following courses in Sussex:

Introductory days – dip your toe in the water for an easy going day where you will learn 3 muscle tests and balances, emotional techniques, and techniques to help learning – both for adults and children alike

Foundation weekend – do the first weekend of the Full Balanced Health course – amaze yourself and others with how much you learn and can help them

Foundation course – 4 weekends. If you are an existing practitioner you can add to your insurance immediately

Additional intermediate days where you can learn advanced techniques for particular areas – ie large intestine.

Then if you are really keen you can go on to do the Practitioner Course and become a fully qualified Kinesiologist
