2. If you find that you are having lower right back pain, then create yourself a nice stretching routine. I have a habit of stretching my back muscles every morning and night. This keeps the back in balance and ready to take on any challenges that might be detrimental to a poor back.

3. If you are at work, overexaggerate the proper ways to lift and transport heavy material. One of the main complaints of lower back pains comes from the working class. It is important to make sure that we follow the correct procedures when bending and lifting as this is vitally important to whether you will have a healthy back or a weak one!

4. Some lower right back pain complaints comes from people who have a lot of curve in their back. A good way to naturalize this, is by laying or pressing your back on a solid floor. I once too dealt with an extra curvy spine and in which seemed to up my chances for back spasms.

The lower back is always going to be one of those things that you will speculate over in life. Some may find a cure to having a healthy back life and some may not. If you just stick to keeping a healthy posture, stretching, and in serious pain causes, visit a physician, your back will be just fine!
