In some cases the symptom gets worse to such an extent that it is not even possible to walk. This soreness will also cause discomfort and pain during sexual intercourse.

Discharge: though yeast infection cause discharge only in about 20% of the affected women, it is a symptom that is specific to the infection. The discharge can be clear, white or yellowish in color and can be thick or thin in consistency. In some extreme cases the discharge can be a thick white clump.
